revives the 4 star restaurant tradition of tableside
presentation while Mark Miller prepares made to order
artisan wood fired pizzas.
With
dashing drama and showmanship Jim will personally
prepare for you dishes which may include saffron-infused
Paella, creamy Pasta with Prosciutto & Peas,
and Steak Diane to old-fashioned Chicken Fricassee
with Mushrooms & Onions.
Meanwhile
Mark Miller revisits with gusto wood-fired pizzas,
a signature menu item when
the Grill Room opened 15 years ago.
Choose from an enticing array of gourmet cheeses,
vegetables,
shellfish and other savory toppings to design your
own pizza. Your mouth will water as he
personally assembles and fires them in the adobe
oven.
